I love engaging with users, collaborating closely with engineers, strategizing with the business team, and partnering with you (yes, you 🫵) to transform complex problems into beautiful products and exceptional user experiences.

As an entrepreneurial product designer, I view each design challenge as a chance to surpass the competition, enhance product-market fit, reduce churn, boost efficiency, increase revenue, and improve our users' daily lives. I focus on measuring each step in the user flow and crafting elegant solutions to automate and optimize complex workflows, emphasizing craft, accessibility, and usability.

In a leadership role, I focus on building lean, efficient product and design teams to maximize your product investment. By nurturing a world-class team, developing a cross-product design system, and uniting designers, business stakeholders, product, data, and engineering teams around a shared vision, I ensure the greatest impact.

Slava is the person you dream of working with; he pushes you to be your best, while actively giving you direct examples of how to best grow your skillset. He has a special ability of being able to facilitate complex conversations, across varying groups of stakeholders that allow clean and clear actionable items. Whether it's leading User Research studies with some of the largest institutions in the US, or unpacking previous Products and envisioning them in a new way that moves company metrics (quickly!), he delivers great Design, Product and Strategy.

I'd like to directly call out his instinct and ability to help steer cross-functional conversations. He was always willing to cross into other functions/domains to understand the root cause, directly from our stakeholders and not through a game of telephone. This often involved Slava seeking feedback from a team second-removed from the problem, but crucial to the holistic success of the project and company. From always keeping the company metrics in mind and having high enough EQ to balance our teams' capacity with compassion and gratitude, I learned to be a better Product Leader from Slava by example.

I'd like to end this by saying Slava always left everything in a better place than he found it - and that includes his teammates and the people he's managed. He taught us that the answers lay within the learnings we gain from conversations and actions, and that sticks with me as a professional. I can't wait to work with Slava again, and I'm excited to see how he inspires the next group of budding Product Managers and Designers.

Slava is a rare asset to any growing product org. I was lucky to work along side him as both an IC and as a people manager.

He's what I call a "full stack product designer" meaning he can lead user research, market analysis, UI/UX, prototype testing, through a comprehensive design vision. He has a bias to action allowing us to ship a suite of 0-1 products our first year partnering. These included new financial reporting, investor mobile app, website rebrand, and product led onboarding. Slava then transitioned into leadership as Mynd experienced explosive growth. He was a key partner as we hired another 25 folks across the product org and established the first research department.

Slava exhibits high EQ, empathy, deep product and customer understanding, and the curiosity to continuously listen and learn. He remained one my closest sounding boards as we defined the strategy and vision for the product.
